IT Training
Skills Creator develops and delivers IT systems training for Danish and international organizations. Most IT training suffers from the conflict that arises when content delivered from highly specialized IT experts is not understood by end-users because they speak 'different languages'. Skills Creator bridges the gap between the IT expert and the end-user.
Process Training
Skills Creator delivers high-quality learning experiences based on the employee's role and the organization's business processes. To be able to navigate in a complex environment, it is important to understand the relationship between the roles of the individual employee, the roles of other employees - their common goals - and the business processes. Blended learning
Today a wide range of media can be used for supporting or replacing classroom activities for training and knowledge distribution: traditional printed media, such as books, magazines, papers and quick guides;, conventional classroom training; and new digital media like e-learning, microbooks, video-streaming and podcast.

Communication
To us, training and communication are closely connected so we integrate both in our approach. If you don't communicate clearly how changes impact on your employees, you can't manage their uncertainty or handle their unasked questions. And as long as your employees see the changes as a threat you will not profit fully from their training, since many employees may, by nature, be reluctant to absorb new knowledge. On the other hand, you cannot just assume it will be easy to adapt to change, and skip the training, because in-depth knowledge through quality training is important to avoid uncertainties and help prepare for change.

Skills Creator is a specialist in Microsoft technologies. Over the last 20 years we have published thousands of articles, hundreds of books and a number of e-learning titles on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office system, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
We have developed a successful series of books for Microsoft introducing a new way of writing technical material. These support new versions of Microsoft Office system and Microsoft Dynamics AX, mixing tips and tricks with new features and functionality. The books are used by a large number of Microsoft Partners and organizations.
Skills Creator develops magazines, marketing materials, websites and other communication activities for Microsoft Learning, promoting Microsoft Exams and Certifications for Microsoft's Learning Partners and their customers. Here we combine our two key competencies: learning and communication.
